The Choir enjoys a busy schedule of events throughout the year which we offer for free to the members. We therefore have to rely on modest ticket sales and generous donations to make our events possible.
This year this includes an October half term weekend workshop with recording; two concerts after Christmas and an Easter week of services culminating in a Gala concert to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Choir.
In addition to a general events fund, we also help singers with travel and accommodation through the Chris Bennie Fund. This was set up in memory of a much-loved member of the Rodolfus Choir who sadly died very suddenly while on tour in Europe on one of the very first tours the choir undertook. Chris’s family felt strongly that their son had been happiest when singing in the Choir and wanted his legacy to be a fund to help other singers take part in Rodolfus Choir events.
